The light hanging membrane bio-ceramic filter media apply for city and industrial water treatment, also widely used in the metallurgy, petroleum, chemicals, textile industry biochemical waste water treatment. It’s not only good for general filtrate pool, swift filtrate pool, non-valve filtrate pool, siphon filtrate pool, mobile wash cover and gravity type filtrate machines, but also the best material for all kind of high efficiency filter, small-scale township water purifier. The advantages of the product are: light substance, loose and low capacity, big specific surface area, rich of pore, stable chemical properties, and non-hazardous material involved.

1.       The light hanging membrane bio-ceramic filter media come with uniform particle size, high hardness, rich of micro-pore in surface, crisscross structure inside, no harden phenomenon, efficient in sorption, long standing and easy to maintenance.

2.       The light hanging membrane bio-ceramic filter media come with proper bulk density, easy backwashing with low energy and water consumption, low frictional heard loss, easy aging membrane shedding, no blockage. Succeed in backwash controlling and the filter median displacement. 

3.       Compile the filter media according to the granular size scale, good at waste absorption, high utilization, slow increase of frictional head loss, long running period, large volume of water process.

4.       The light hanging membrane bio-ceramic filter media can treat 16 meter/hour and more than 24 hours of duty cycle with the same condition. The volume of treated water is from 800-1000m³/m². Our experience show that the dirt intercept ability is 1.5~2 times than the quartz sand.
