Zeolite

Zeolite is a group of natural or synthetic hydrated aluminosilicate minerals which contain alkali and alkaline metals. It is characterized by a framework structure that encloses interconnected cavities occupied by ion-exchangeable large metal cations and water molecules permitting reversible dehydration. Zeolite is recommended in detergent manufacturing for the applications of the removal of hardness and heavy metal ions and neutralisation of acid waters.

Zeolite is a silicate mineral, It is a crystal formed by the volcanic eruption. It has well-developed gap, Strong adsorption which is an inorganic substance ion removal agent, In water treatment  it can also  exchange with  others balance weight of metal ions in order to reduce the hardness of water. In addition, it also has the features with large area and strong internal electrostatic which can make you water  quality achieve the water quality of discharge and drinking water quality compliance of high-tech goods.

1.       Natural zeolite (clinoptilolite)

The natural zeolite is alumino silicate mineral, and it is white or brick red, and it belongs to weak acid cation exchange agent. It is possessed by man-made leading active constitutes with new cation exchange or absorption ability, so its absorption volume also increases. It can be mainly used in middle and small boiler water’s soften treatment, in order to remove the Ca Mg ion and decrease the growth of the incrustation, the corrosion of the metal, so as to lengthen the boiler’s lifetime.
