The product introduction
PAFC is a kind of PSAA that produced from aluminum and iron salts based Aluminum and iron salt coagulant hydrolysis mechanism, based on principles of synergy, by adding iron ions, or three single-quality iron oxide and other iron-containing compounds, compound and obtained a new type of high efficient coagulant. It combines the respective advantages of aluminum and iron salts of aluminum ions and iron ions have a significant improvement in form, polymerization degree increased substantially. Take aluminum, iron coagulant their respective advantages at flotation operation to improve the PAC coagulation performance; of high turbidity water and low temperature and low turbidity water purification treatment effect was particularly evident from time to increase alkaline additives or Other coagulant.
PAFC's mainly performance and advantages:

Polymeric aluminum ferric chloride by (PAFC) is new compound unformed water purification agents with inorganic polymer taking iron as its main components and aluminum as secondary ones (iron m/m being 2-3%). High iron after hydrolysis forms multinucleate complex compound. The alum in the water bears the features of large gravity and compact structure when temperature is low because temperature puts few effects on hydrolysis speed and process of ferric salt. PAFC largely reduces chroma in let-out water because of the color-removing features of aluminum salt rather than decreasing PH value of water and increasing chroma in let-out water for low iron m/m. PAFC with the characteristics and performances of PAC and iron salt broadly reduces chroma in let-out water to solve the difficulties in purifying the water in low temperature and turbidity, therefore, its purifying effects are apparently superior to other purifying products.
The product is inorganic high molecular polymer. The liquid is reddish brown and transparent; The solid is reddish brown powder. With the complexation of polymerized ferrum on the basis of polymerized aluminium chloride (PAC), it has increased the molecular structure and improved the performance of electrical neutralization, absorption, bridging and sedimentation with the advantages of aluminium salt, ferric salt and flocculating agent. It is suitable for raw water in all temperatures and can be used as the favorable agent in treating raw water with serious organic pollution, raw water of low turbidity in low temperature or that of high turbidity in low temperature. It is widely applied in the treatment of domestic drinking water, all kinds of industrial water and waste water.
Product Performance:
1. The cost of water system is 20%~80% lower than other inorganic flocculants.
2. It will cause rapid Flocculation precipitation reaction and coagulate into big flocks formation which will precipitate fast.
3. It is adapted to the raw source water with various temperatures and also nice solvability.
4. Automated throw is applicable to the liquid products. It is slightly corrosive and easy for operation. Furthermore, it will not block pipes over long-time usage.
Usage and Caution:
1. The liquid product can be dosed directly or dosed after dilution. As for the solid product, dilution is necessary before being dosed. Water amount for dilution shall be determined based on the amount of the chemical to be dosed and the quality of water to be treated. Dilution proportion for solid product is 2%-20%, and for liquid product, 5%-50%(based on weight percentage).
2. The dosage of the liquid product is 3-40g/MT and the dosage of the solid product is 1-15g/MT. The specific dosage is based on the flocculation test and on the trial.
3. It should not be stored with other chemicals.
4. The solid product is packaged in 25kg polypropylene woven bags with inner plastics bags.
5. The liquid product can be stored for one year without losing its effect, while the solid product, for two years. The product should be stored in dry and ventilated places, but, the effect of the products will not be affected even if it gets wet.
Application:
Mainly used for purifying treatment of drinking water, domestic water, and industrial wastewater, especially for low temperature and low turbidity water.
